Ja es ist ein Feature aber nicht jeder will dies.

In Outlook 2010 ist folgendes eingeschaltet

Sync deine Kontakte in Outlook mit der Globalen Adress Liste (GAL)
Hat man aber nun seine Kontakte in der GAL schon gepflegt, so überschreibt Outlook diese Kontakte mit den Kontakten die in Outlook angelegt sind.
