Ubuntu install hwe kernel

install hwe kernel 

For Ubuntu 20.04 LTS use following command
apt install linux-generic-hwe-20.04

For Ubuntu 22.04 LTS use following command

apt install linux-generic-hwe-22.04

Attention HWE kernel only 6 months of support, after this you get a new one. Look at this page https://ubuntu.com/about/release-cycle#ubuntu-kernel-release-cycle
